To upload a YouTube clip click on Widget, select Video then choose YouTube from the list. Highlight the embed code from the chosen clip and paste in the dialogue box.
Photo's and files are uploaded by selecting File from the tabs above and then clicking on upload file, the rest is pretty self explanatory.
